As a strategic visionary, Jay Moskowitz has 30+ year as a seasoned executive and management consultant with broad cross-industry experience and expertise in leading organizations through change. As an entrepreneur, he has built and managed four successful companies, and, as a consultant has worked closely with executive management teams including a number of Fortune 500 multi-national clients, in diverse verticals including retail, fashion, grocery, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and technology.
Jay’s areas of expertise include supply chain optimization, strategy development and deployment, turnaround deployments, organization development, change management, marketing and merchandising strategies, technology, and utilization of “Lean”, “Six Sigma”, and “Theory of Constraints (TOC)” principles, practices, and processes in diverse environments and complex corporate cultures.
His personal integrity, vision, commitment to excellence, and constant pursuit of results in dynamic and challenging market environments has earned him the respect and trust by leaders he has served throughout his career.
Tjerk Remmert has been both an entrepreneur and (strategic) consultant for the past 20 years. He owned, sold and participated in various companies.
Tjerk sees organizations as living organisms that often-times become dysfunctional. As a business person he looks at multiple aspects of the business from multiple angles and connects the dots. Where some have their own single perspective he brings context. His ability to assess complex core issues and identify appropriate solutions underscores his ability to lead management through complex transition processes. With great energy and humor he always manages to establish the connection between the strength of an organization and customer value.
He guided numerous teams and organizations through enterprise performance optimization through a lens of ToC and Lean principles and processes.
